i would saute it all in a fry pan adding the garlic and shrimp last!.
while cooking the veggies, id toss in a few tbs of the soy sauce!. then when everythings been cooked pour in some of the sweet and sour sauce to make a yummy stir fry!. also dice everything up about the same size!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I suggest sauteing the onions, carrots (hopefully thinly sliced), and garlic in olive oil!. When it is almost done, add about 2-3 tbsp!. of soy sauce to it!. When the onions and carrots are done, dump the shrimp in and cook till done!. Serve over the rice!. Season with the S & P!. I don't have a wok either, just use a large skillet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
