Can wonton ravioli be baked instead of boiled for better consistency?!

Question: Can wonton ravioli be baked instead of boiled for better consistency!?
I made mushroom ravioli last night using wonton wrappers for the first time!. They were great but a little too mushy!. Once the wrappers are boiled in water it is hard to maintain their texture!. Can I bake them instead!? I'm sure frying would work but then I'd have mushroom rangoon and that would be too crispy!. Any suggestions!? Or should I just bite the bullet and get a pasta machine!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You need the moisture from boiling to soften up the wonton wrappers!. You don't need to boil for long, like maybe 2-3 minutes! Any longer, you will get a weird consistency!.

If you make a lot of pasta, a pasta machine would probably be worth it!. If you have a KitchenAid mixer, check out the pasta attachment for it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Why not steam it like a wonton!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have no idea if baking will work, probably frying would be a better option or the best is pasta machine :-)
