Answers:
you've got quite a few answers already, but there is one step i would add!. It you boil the seeds in water with a few teaspoons of salt added before spreading on the cookie sheet the flavor won't just be on the outside of the seed, easily sucked off, but will permiate the whole seed!.

I like to drizzle a little olive oil on the seeds, then add a seasoning mix!. A friend of mine was talking about maybe trying to make some sweet seeds this year - cinamon and sugar maybe!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) Aquire seeds from inside pumpkin
2) Clean the seeds (wash/rinse with cold water, remove all the pumpkin remains)
3) Let the seeds soak in a salt water solution for a few hours or overnight!.
4) Drain the salt water and put into a bowl!.
5) Drizzle a little oil over them, and toss
6) Spread thin on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees F
7) Once the seeds seem dry or a bit brown, pull them out and let cool!.

Enjoy *Edit, also some popcorn seasonings (ranch/butter/garlic) make them taste amazing as well, just experiment!. Cooking is both an art and science!*Www@FoodAQ@Com

All these ideas are good, but I like to do one more thing that helps flavor them!. After washing seeds well, put them in a large casserole dish and add approx 1/2 cup water along with the salt!. Bake on a low heat (approx 200 degrees) for a few hours!. The low temperature allows for the seeds to absorb the salted water, thus flavoring the inside as well as the outer shell!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

After you've carved your pumpkins, take the seeds and place them in a strainer!. Use warm water to help clean the seeds, then place them on a paper towel!.

Heat your oven to 350 degrees!. Place seeds on a metal baking sheet!. Sprinkle with salt, and bake until the seeds are slightly brown on the edges!.

Remove seeds from oven and let them cool!. Seeds can be kept in plastic bags for 1-2 weeks!.
