i just have one more question about it
ive heard that big pumpkins are watery so they need to be strained to remove the water
but won't removing most water removing most of the pumpkin taste!?

Here are directions for making pumpkin puree!. You can use the Halloween pumpkins!. Just add a bit more spice as the jack o lantern pumpkins don't have as much nice flavor as the cooking pumkins!. They do work though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I didn't see your previous questions but you do know that you don't use the regular pumpkins that we use on Halloween for jack 'o lanterns as a cooking pumpkin right!? The pumpkin used for making pies is called a sugar pumpkin and they are smaller and just different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
