usually for me 35-40 min Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have done this many times conserve energy (well realy more like saving money) It won't dry out if cooked properly!.
If you are breading the breasts this will hold in some juice!.
If not breading the breasts you should rub the breasts with olive oil or canola oil!.
The time depends of corse on the thickness of the breasts!. What I do is to beat the breasts down with a 6 inch cast iron skillet!. You can hammer them with whatever you have!. Pound them down to at least 1 inch or less!. Cook them for 25 Minuets at 400!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't cook the chicken at 400, unless you want some really dried out chicken!. White meat is already dry and that high of temp!. will really pull out the natural juices and be very dry!. Maybe more time to do, but I would cook those 2 dishes seperately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dependant on size of breast!.!.!.!.
if bone in and normal size, about 30-35 minutes!.
if boneless and normal 6oz portion, 15-20 minutes!.
stick a thermometer in it and when temp reaches 165, done!.
