How would you go about cooking chicken lips?!


Question: How would you go about cooking chicken lips!?
Answers:
Bring water to boil in a small sauce pan!. Add a little salt, pepper, 1 clove of garlic, minced, 1/2 a rib of celery, diced, and a dash of worcestershire sauce!. Add chicken lips to water!. Cover the pan and simmer the lips until tender, about 20 minutes!. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!.

Place the chicken lips on skewers, coat lightly with vegetable oil, season with cajun seasoning!. Grill over high heat 12 minutes, turning once!. Eat these like cracklings with plenty of hot sauce!.

Place 1/2 cup of flour in a resealable bag along with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder!. Soak the chicken lips in buttermilk for at least 20 minutes!. Drain!. Place the lips in the bag with the flour and shake to coat!. Deep fry the chicken lips in hot oil for 5-6 minutes!. We eat these with grits and eggs for breakfast!.
