Answers:
you are not shaking the pan enough, next time once it starts to pop keep shaking and after you hear the last pop remove from heat and pour into a bowl quickly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your pan's wrong and your heat's too high!. Here's the best way to make stovetop popcorn!.!.!.!.

Use a 3-quart stainless steel bowl!. Yes, a bowl! Put 3 Tbsp vegetable oil in the bottom and add 1/4 cup popcorn and 1 tsp popcorn salt!. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil and, using a knife, put about 5 slits in the top to let steam vent!. Put the covered bowl over medium heat!. Gripping the lip of the bowl with a pair of tongs, move the bowl back and forth to keep the popcorn moving!. You won't hear anything for several minutes!. DON'T STOP SHAKING! You'll begin to hear the popcorn pop!. Keep shaking! When you hear a 10 second gap in the popping sound, remove from the heat!. Let it sit for a couple of minutes, remove the foil, add butter (or other topping, if you like), and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
