some recipes say just pumpkin pie spice
others say ALL SPICE

Cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice but if you want a condensed version just purchase the Pumpkin Pie Spice that eithe McCormick or Schillings makes!. My mom is the queen of pumpkin pies and she likes to put each spice in seperately because it gives it more of a unique flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they are very similar you could use either or even apple pie spice in a pinch!. Pumpkin pie spice is cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice!. according to the label on the Durkee bottle in my cupboard!.
apple pie spice doesn't have the ginger, and all spice has less cinnamon and other spices(don't have in cabinet to reference) I think it is a blend of five spices clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and cardamom!? Www@FoodAQ@Com
