you can make apple turnover, easy, peel apples, cut and diced,ad sugar,cornstach,cinnamon, nutmeg mix, cut puff pastry in 6 inch squares ad 4 tbl spoon of apple mixture, brush all side wirh water, fold into a triangle press edges , brush with egg yolk spread sugar on top, bake at,400 degre temp, in mid rack oven until golden brown, apx: 25 min!.
pastry could also be use for toping a chicken pot pie casserol!.

thaw till plyable and wrap sausages in them!. chill for an hour and then bake in hot oven till puffed and golden brown!. cut into coin shapes and you have appetizers!. cut into neat 3 inch squares, bake till puffed and brown and serve under chicken-a-la-king or a savory beef stew!. fill with a mixture of mashed potato, cheese and fried onions, fold over and seal!. Bake and you have wonderful knish!. fill with a spicy apple and raisin mixture and you have apple strudel, or make that a peach and cinnimon filling and you have peach strudel!. Always bake them when they are very cold as they will puff better si if you do a filled thing, chill after filling and then bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Keep ot frozen till you need it!. How about some mince pies as Christmas is on its way!? Then you could freeze them till Christmas!.
