Answers:
I bake mine for about 15 to 30 minutes or until the start to turn a very light gold!. You can also spice them up by mixing 5 tablespoons sugar ,1/4 teaspoon coarse salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut oil!. In a medium bowl combine 3 tablespoons of the sugar and the salt, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, and cayenne!. Heat peanut oil in a large nonstick skillet over high heat!. Add pumpkin seeds (after baked) and 2 tablespoons sugar!. Cook until sugar melts and the pumpkin seeds begin to caramelize, about 45 to 60 seconds!. Transfer to bowl with spices and stir well to coat!. Let cool!.

TOASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS

2 c!. unwashed pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 tsp!. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbsp!. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp!. seasoning salt

Children dig out pumpkin seeds from pumpkin!. Do not wash!. In bowl, combine seeds, Worcestershire sauce, butter and salt until seeds are coated!. Spread on large shallow baking sheet!. Bake at 250 degrees for approximately an hour, stirring occasionally until crisp, dry and golden brown!.

Clean them with cold water first to remove all the strings then
Preheat oven to 250o!.


Toss seeds with a bit of oil, enough to coat them!. Sprinkle on seasonings, toss everything together!.

Spread seeds on a baking sheet until crispy, about 40-60 minutes!.

start at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes, check to see if they are turning a light brown, if not cook longer!. I like to cook mine to just a light brown color!. !. !.I tend to eat them hole opposed to cracking the shell for the seed!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put in a bowl and spray lightly with a cooking spray oil!.Cook about 20 mins at 350 on a cookie sheet!.Remove to a large bowl and sprinkle with popcorn salt,which is really fine and sticks to the seeds really well, eat them while theyr'e hot or let them cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cook my pumpikin seeds in the over at 300 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes!. I coat the seeds with seasoning salt!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
