How do I make a good avocado dip ?!
Answers:
Actually, you DO want a Haas Avocado (contrary to the 1st poster)!. The one you don't want is the Florida Avocado!. Haas Avocado's are best when they just turn black or have a little green still on them!. They are smaller and far more flavorful than a Florida Avocado!.
Here is a good recipe

2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of fresh lime or lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

Start with good avocados!. Look for the ones from Mexico!. They tend to have a creamier taste and texture than California Haas avocados!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
