Answers:
Depending on what ingredients are in your cake you don't need to refrigerate!. It is best to put in on a cake plate with a cover or some sort of cake carrier!. If you keep the cover on it, you will have no problem with it keeping until Saturday!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The best way to store a cake is in a tupperware or rubbermaid cake container!. It has a hard flat bottom surface and the cake-shaped lid goes over the top, It then seals shut on the bottom!.

I would store the cake in the fridge, so the frosting doesn't have a chance of melting or running!. It should easily last a couple days that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Best way to store it would be without the frosting, by room temperature!. Then frost it on the day that you are serving it (keep it in the fridge after frosting it, if you use a creamy frosting)

The cake will still be good on Saturday but I would not frost a cake 2 days before eating it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a cake cover, that will do until tomorrow!. The object is you don't want the icing to harden or be too soft!. Yes, you can put it into the refrigerator until a few hours before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fridge! Once you take it out on Saturday it will begin to warm up thus making the cake warmer!. Never leave a cake out for more then 6 hours! It melts!. :(Www@FoodAQ@Com
