I dont have one for brownies but heres an AWESOME recipe on how to make a chocolate cake ina coffee mug which is soooo gooood!
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons cake flour(that's plain flour, not self-rising)
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips(optional)
a small splash of vanilla essence
1 coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
Add the egg and mix thoroughly!.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well!.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla essence, and mix again!.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts!. The
cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired!.
EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous)!.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies --
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butter, melted
3 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish!.
Combine the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl!. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each, until thoroughly blended!.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt!. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until blended!. Stir in the chocolate morsels!. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish!.
Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes!. Remove, and cool pan on wire rack before cutting!.

Stir in sugar!. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition!. Mix in flour, salt, vanilla, rum and nuts, stirring only until mixture is smooth and ingredients are combined!. Once flour has been added, do not overmix to prevent toughening!.
Spread mixture into prepared pan!.
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until brownies begin to shrink from sides of pan!.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares!.

4 ounces/ 110g plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

4 fluid ounces/ 120ml whole milk
2? ounce/ 75g unsalted bitter, melted
1? teaspoons pure vanilla extract
3? ounces/ 100g light brown sugar
10 fluid ounces/ 290ml hot coffee
vanilla ice cream, for serving!. Mint leaves, for garnish
Steps:
1!. Preheat the oven to 350oF/ 190oC/ Gas 4
2!. In medium bowl, combine 6 ounce/ 170g of the granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons of the cocoa with the flour, baking powder, and salt!. Blend in the milk, butter, and vanilla; beat until smooth!. Pour the batter into a glass or metal 8- or 9-inch/ 20- or 23-cm square baking pan!.
3!. In small bowl, combine the rest of the granulated sugar and cocoa with the brown sugar!. Sprinkle over the batter!. Pour the hot coffee over the top!. Do not stir!.
