What veggies go well with pork chops?!
I am going to be making orange-cinnamon pork chops in a slow cooker (crock pot)!. I need veggies to go with them!. Can't just eat meat!. So what do I serve with them!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

May I suggest some Acorn Squash, sauteed carrots, Fresh Green Beans, Oven roasted Zucchini, Caramelized Onion Casserole, Rosemary sauteed button mushrooms!. Super Broccoli Casserole
2 boxes or 1 bag frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
2 eggs beaten
1 sml onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
? cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar, jack, or mozzarella cheese
1 cup cracker crumbs
? cup butter
Combine first 6 ingredients; add to buttered 9x11 casserole dish!. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter!. Bake at 350F for 1 hour!.

Fried or broiled plantains would go excellent with your choice of spices! Brown rice or grits would be great!. Try something different rather than the typical mashed potatoes and green beans!. Since you are slow cooking, put on a second crockpot with blackeyed peas, and add a cup of rice!. Add an onion and when you get home you will have a complete meal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
