What's a good breakfast smoothie?!


Question: What's a good breakfast smoothie!?
this will be the only thing i have for breakfast so tell me what's good!. such as fruits, juices, milk, yogurt, protein powder, fiber powder, or anything else that's good for you!. thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Strawberry-vanilla smoothie
8 oz!. water or 4 oz!. soy milk/4 oz!. water
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 banana
3 whole frozen strawberries

Place water in the blender first, then powder, then additions!. Blend on low then high till well blended!.

Strawberry cheesecake
8 oz milk or water
1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder
1 Tb!. sugar free pudding (vanilla & cheesecake are great)
4 frozen strawberries

Blueberry Smoothie
8 oz!. water or 4 oz!. soy milk/4 oz!. water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

This is my favorite!.

1/2 cup Cheerios (I use Honey Nut)
1 small banana,peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons Fibersure
5-6 ice cubes
1 tablespoon sugar or other sweetner (optional)

Place all ingredients in blender!. Process until smooth!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I container vanilla yogurt- 1 cup OJ - 1 banana - 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, rasberries, or peaches!. the BESTWww@FoodAQ@Com

Mango, orange, banana, and guava juice smoothie!.!.!.mix a bit of those ingredients with yogurt!.!.!.hmmm!Www@FoodAQ@Com
