Answers:
Actually this is a very good observation, and the answer is a definite yes but, and this is important, minuscule is hardly the word!. During the fermentation process it can take months to produce a notable amount of alcohol, whereas normal bread proofing can be finished in a few hours!. There are of coarse 2 major bi-products of yeast bacteria CO2 and alcohol and far more of the former is produced in such a short period of time!. In closing, in order to consume enough to bread to produce a notable result on a breathalyzer would be likely 100lbs or more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, but sometimes, ther's rye! ahahaha!. Seriously though, not a significant quantity!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

there could be a minuscule amount when the bread is rising, but with baking the temperature would be high enough to bake it out and it would evaporate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no!. the alcohol has evaporated!. the beer is mostly for flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Alcohol evaporates quickly and during cooking that process is sped up!. Basic chemistry!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The alcohol is essentially cooked away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Could be!. It generally gets baked out although there is a possibility that traces of it may be found in some instances!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope too bad eh the heat cooks it out!. just like when making rum cake-tasts like alcohole but dog gonnit the percent is 0 boohoooWww@FoodAQ@Com

I believe there might be trace amounts, but nothing more than that!.

If you want bread with a lot of beer, try beer bread!Www@FoodAQ@Com

No the alcohol burns off in the cooking process!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

no if there is any alcohol it would be cooked out during the baking leaving the flavorWww@FoodAQ@Com

no!. There's no alcohol in there EVER!. Yeast is put with hops to make beer, but it isn't alcoholicWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try eating it all see if you get wasted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
