Why does my bread come out doughy?!


Question: Why does my bread come out doughy!?
I am using a bread-maker and it turns out nice on the outside but is still doughy on the inside what can I do to fix this problem!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have a sifter, take the packaged dough, & sift it into the the maker , it settles in the package, & doesn't disperse right, I know the maker is supposed to do this automatically, but sometimes it doesn't get spread out enough!.
I had that problem too!. till someone old me this, & it made sense!., So i did it & it worked(!.Make sure you sift all your dry ingredients, into the maker!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

it is done done yet!.!.!.it seems you got the temprature up too high and its cooking the outside first turn the temp down a little bit and it should fix your problemWww@FoodAQ@Com

It still needs to be cooked longer!. If it takes to long try turning the oven up a little higher!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

maybe let it rise longer and bake longer on less heat, so it doesn't burn
