well easiest way, make a spaghetti sauce with a jar of pasta sauce, (brown mince and onion, add jar off sauce) and make a white sauce either from packet (so easy, just follow the directions on the pack) or from scratch you'll need

2 tbl butter, 2 tbl flour and 1 cup of milk
melt butter in saucepan, take off heat
stir in flour
GRADUALLY add milk to form thin paste then add rest of milk (whisking the whole time)
Put back on heat, rapidly simmer until bubbles form (again whisking the whole time) then let it bubble for 1 minute and take off heat

when you have your meat sauce and white sauce all you need to do is

pour 1/2 meat mix in pan
layer with lasagnea sheets (available in your pasta section of your supermarket)
*make sure not to overlap the sheets and to completely cover the meat sauce*
pour half white sauce mix over sheet, then remaining meat sauce over that
layer again with pasta sheets
pour remaining white sauce over sheets and top with cheese

(usually the lasagnea sheets will have a recipe on the box when you buy them)Www@FoodAQ@Com
