Question: YUMMY, EASY ,TASTY RECIPES PLZ!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Answers:
Here's a very quick and easy recipe which turns out great every single time I make it for Pancakes or Belgian Waffles(recipe is same for both will explain any variations at the bottom)

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients(in 1 bowl)
1 c flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white granulated sugar (if want a lil sweeter add 1/4 tsp)

Wet Ingredients(in 1 bowl)
1 c milk or if u prefer buttermilk(see bottom if no milk avail)
1 egg
1/4 c shortening melted thoroughly(butter can be used but i like shortening better)

Directions:
1!. beat all wet ingredients pouring in shortening last
2!. then immediately pour into dry and whisk or stir lightly leaving some lumps then let sit while you turn on either stove for pancakes or wafflemaker

For Pancakes
Use a non stick skillet(if possible) lightly grease w/ shortening(oil or butter can be used but they tend to burn faster)

For thick pancakes batter should be just right
For thin pancakes add lil more milk less than 1/4 c
Pour mix into middle of pan have stove at med high heat flip when top of batter bubbles cook just a little bit less of the time it took to first flip then wah lah there you go
Makes 7-8 medium approx

For Belgian Waffles
Heat up maker refer to directions provided
Use a 3/4 cup measurer to pour in your batter
Pour enough end that it almost goes to the end check in 2-3 min or depending on darkness
Makes 4(I love these the best)

**If no milk***When I first followed this recipe i didnt have any so i used canned milk but i used just a lil more than 1/2 cup canned milk then added water to make the full cup and when i got some regular milk it still was good but i liked the taste of the canned!.
