Question: I have thrown some veggies and a pork joint into a slow cooker with stock cubes and water !.!.!.!?
I seared the meat and now I just wait for four hours until it's ready!.

To make the juice ans stock into a thick gravy do I just remove the meat, let it sit, remove the veggies and then add cornstarch to the remaining water/juices in the crock pot!?
