Squash Pie help? Batter is too lumpy?!
I am making squash pie and I have already did everything but bake it!. I have big lumps in the batter!. The lumps seem hard to the touch!. I could not squeeze them to break it down!. I used an electric beater but it is still mump!. I can't seem to make the batter smooth!.
Is the batter suppose to be lumpy!?
I had cut the squah in half and baked it for about 45 min!.s at 400 F!. And it seemed rather tender while I cut it!.
Will it make it taste the same and have the same texture after it cooks!? What can I do to make it not so lumpy!?

put your batter in a blender or food processor to chop up the lumps!. no, they aren't supposed to be their!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
