Answers:
Yes you can!. Experiment as far as how much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most things, yes you can, and you would use exactly the same amount!. However the things that just don't work with wholemeal are light cakes and puddings, because the little bits of bran in the flour pop the tiny bubbles that are what make the dish light!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can substitute, but the food cooked with whole wheat flour will be a little "tougher"!. Don't know if that's the word I want!. A little chewier and dense!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can and use the same amount!. I sometime substitute the other way, whole wheat in place of white, try with cookie recipes, turns out great!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can usually successfully sub up to half of the white flour for wheat flour!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure you can!. Sub 1 cup for 1 cup, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends just a little on what you are making but generally, yes you substitute one for one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends on what your are cooking!.
But, yes you can!. And you use about the same amount of flour!.
