Answers:
yes, it's quite easy actually!. we make pizza dough without yeast a tmy house!. I like this recipe because it's simple and uses ingredients I always have on hand!. This dough also works well for making meat pies!.

for 2 pizzas:

you'll need:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 tablespoons salad oil

Directions:
1!. Preheat oven to 425°F!.
2!. Measure ingredients (except 2nd amount of salad oil) into a bowl!.
3!. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves the side of the bowl!.
4!. Gather dough together and press into a ball!.
5!. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth then divide dough in half!.
6!. On lightly floured surface roll each half into a 13-inch circle!.
7!. Place on pizza pan!.
8!. Turn up edges 1/2 inch and pinch!.
9!. Brush circles with remaining 2T of salad oil!.
10!. Add toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes or until it looks done!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sorry, you cant make pizza without yeast!. Non yeast bread is the texture of muffins or corn bread and made with baking powder or baking soda!.
Yeast is better!. Get yeast, make a whole lot of dough, and freeze some!. The yeast in the frozen dough will stay alive, so you can use it as a starter next time, make more dough, cut some off and freeze that!. You can also capture wild yeast from the air, but it takes some know how, and you need to have solid bread skills to make this work for you!.
Plain flour (esp Bread flour and OO flour, not so much multi purpose) and yeast is the way to go!. That way you have more control!. Self rising flour cant be used for other things like pasta or roux sauce, so it just takes up space unless you make bread a lot!. If you make bread a lot, like me, you will keep a fresh dough starter in your fridge and dont need to buy yeast until you forget to feed your starter, and it dies, which takes a week or so!.

Remember, good pizza is a way of life!. The kind of life we all deserve!. :)

Yeast makes the douch fluffy!. if you dont use it, the dough is really hard and not very nice!. I would use self raising flour!.
I have used beer to make bread! It works really well if you dont have yeast!.
Just put 1 1/2 cups of SR flour in a bowl
add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar
add the beer and mix it together

Its really good fresh out of the oven, but as i said, without proper yeast, it doesnt get and air in it so its a heavy dough!.

Pita bread or flat bread is really good if you dont want to make your own!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No rise pizza crust

Mix in this order
1 1/2 C whole wheat flour
2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1/2 C milk
3-4 TB oil

Use fork to mix!. Knead gently to finish mixing for only 10-12 strokes!. Shape & roll to fit greased pizza pan!. Add toppings & bake in preheated 425 oven 15-20 min!.

Make a basic scone mix for the base!. It works very well!. You could add grated cheese and a teaspoon of mustard to the mix, roll it out and add tomato sauce, cheese etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something like Irish soda bread would work pretty well, I think -- quite a few commercial pizza doughs are chemically leavened, with only a bit of yeast for flavor!. Or you could go buy yeast!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
