Answers:
I love sea salt!. I found it a few years ago while trying to reduce my sodium intake!. I use Grey Celtic Sea Salt!. When I went to Hawaii I found some pink Hawaiian Sea Salt and liked the way it tastes!. I even have a small recyclable salt shaker which I take with me when I go anywhere!.

I buy my salt at Celticseasalt!.com!. They now have different sea salts which I'm going to try when it's time to reorder!. I never realized that true sea salt could have all the subtle taste differences!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am not skilled in anyway as a salt taster, but I will tell you how I do it to meet my preferences!. I like to buy and use salt in rock form!. But to sample it, I grind it fine, then lick my finger and dip it in!. If it is sour, than I don't like it!. My favorite are Trader Joe's Sea Salt, (it even comes with its own built in grinder!) and Sea Salt from the Great Salt Lake Flats!.

I even us coarse salt on cold dishes, even though it hasn't been dissolved!. I guess it's just comething you get acustomed to!.
