What will reduce the sugar taste in pasta sauce?!


Question: What will reduce the sugar taste in pasta sauce!?
I put in too much sugar!.!.too sweet!.!.!.
Need an answer ASAP!.

Answers:
You need to add an acid!. You can add some apple cider vinegar or malt vinegar!. Just add it a little (1 tsp) at a time, stirring and tasting after each addition, until you get rid of the sweetness!. Sounds like you're using Ragu sauce (very sweet)!. If I have to use a bottled sauce, I get Prego Original!. It's not too sweet!.

Best case is to make your own spaghetti sauce!. It's not very difficult, and YOU control the sweetness!.
