Substitutes for carrots in recipes?!
I really enjoy cooking, but I have a problem because I'm allergic to carrots!. It's easy enough to avoid them, usually, but I would like suggestions on what I could use as a substitute in recipes!. Does anyone have any suggestions on another vegetable that holds up well in soups and things without turning into mush!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Winter squash cubes would have the same color, and hold up well (butternut, acorn, pumpkin, etc)Www@FoodAQ@Com
