Answers:
you could make up a fruit dish and take it or you could make one of my family's favorite meals, chicken and rice casserole

chicken
3c rice
6c water
1can cream of chicken
cooking time about 90 min(1hour and a half)

first, put all of the chicken in a big pot with water then let boil!. when the chicken is done cooking take the chicken out of the water save 6 cups of water to cook the rice in
then, put 4 cups of rice in the 6cups of water that you saved let boil don't stir, cover while boiling
cut chicken into pieces
then stir in the can of cream of chicken into the rice
stir chicken into rice mixture
put into pan and cook until golden brown

p!.s!. you also use pork instead of chicken but if you use pork you fry it and you cut it up and you place it at the bottom of the pan don't stir it into the rice Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's fall, there's a chill in the air !.!.!. I'd bring a big dish of au gratin or scalloped potatoes!. There nothing like a dish of something creamy, gooey, steamy, hearty and very filling!. The ultimate comfort food!. AND, you probably already have all the ingredients in your cupboard!.

Have fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take something that you won't mind making a meal of for yourself!. My experience is that some people's food handling skills are quite lacking and in not knowing if things have been properly refrigerated, your own dish can be a tasty backup just in case!. Take your own drinks though!.

Best Wishes
