Noodles in lasagna !?!?!? I think you may need to invest in a cook book!.
Here is a simple home made recipe for Lasagna!.
Dry fry minced beef or lamb ( about a pound serves 4 )
When the meat is browned add 1 chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic ( the latter depends on your taste ) and carry on cooking for a further 5 minutes!.
Add chopped mushrooms ( a couple of handfulls ) and cook for another 5 minutes!.
Add 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, salt!. pepper!. oregano (desert spoon ) 3 bay leaves , a sprinkling of mixed herbs, tomato puree and cook together for 10 minutes!.
Add either a glass of red wine or a good measure of worcester sauce and a pinch of sugar!. Bring to the boil and set to simmer while you make the cheese sauce!.
To make the sauce take 1 pint of milk, a heaped tablespoon of cornflour or plain flour ( mixing the flour into a paste with a little of the milk ) , and heat the rest of the milk !. Add the warm milk to the paste, mix, then return to the pan and add about 12 ounces of grated hard cheese to the pan, a teaspoon of mustard (optional ),salt and pepper and stir until it thickens!.
Layer lasagna sheets in the dish with the sauces you have prepared in alternate layers ( meat, cheese, pasta, meat cheese, pasta etc!. ending with the cheese sauce ) !.sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a pre heated oven at gas mark 4 ( 180c ,350f ) for 45 minutes in the middle of oven!.
It isn,t as complicated as it looks and it does taste good!.
Or did you mean Spaghetti Bolognese !?!?

I usually cook it until the noodles are tender enough by doing taste test you’ll know when its done when the noodles are soft enough for your taste!.
