You say you can cook almost anything, in that case cook the simplest item you can and liked by your sister or brother!. Parents like any thing you cook!. Little brother is the best critic!. The reason you want to pick the simplest recipe is so nothing goes wrong!. After you get married you will have time to experiment with sophisticated dishes!.!. It wouldn'tt matter then anyway!.
In the worst case call in your favorite carry-out pizza!. Just look pretty!. Preheat oven, and toss pizza in the oven before he comes!. Oh well its not really cheating!.!. you pre-heated the oven!. It wont hurt him if you don't tell him!.
If the date goes good who cares what you cooked or not!. Just relax and smile, that is the best appetizer and dessert!. If both of you liked each other, who cares about the dinner!. Be sweet!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

He wont mind as long as you make it, Im sure!. These are my rules for cooking and you cant go wrong:
1!. Use the best ingredients available (fresh stuff)
2!. Prepare it simply (so dont cover up the flavors of the fresh ingredients)
3!. Don't mess up (ie burning it)
also, if it where me, I would like it if you made me help, ie chop things!. Thats me though!.

Hi there, I would find out what he likes and look up some recipes on the internet and make that!.
I would try to keep it simple though as big involved dinners either take a lot of prep time or can get rather sticky just before serving in the rush!.
Good luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com
