Answers:
Cook up some bulk sausage, remove from pan and set aside!.

There wont be a huge amount of fat bet there will be some!. Add a little butter-melt!. Sprinkle in about the same amount of flour, mix and let it cook for 2-3 minutes!. Add some water and milk (evaporated milk)!. Get it to the consistency you want, then add the sausage back in and some pepper!. Serve over biscuits, toast, even lashed potatoes or spaghetti!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make a medium white sauce and use sausage drippings for the fat!. Add the crumbled sausage to the sauce!. Or here is a family favorite recipe:

Biscuits and Gravy
? lb!. sausage, bulk breakfast type
2 tablespoons chopped onion, yellow onion preferr
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups hot milk
salt and pepper, to taste
hot biscuits
Crumble the breakfast sausage if needed!. Brown in frying pan with
onion until sausage is brown and onion is clear!. Drain off all grease
except 2 tablespoons!. Stir in the flour and cook for just a minute!.
Add the hot milk!. I heat mine in the microwave!. Stir constantly until
the mixture thickens and season with salt and pepper!. I doubt you'll
need much salt, but pepper is a must!.

Serve over warm biscuts!.
