What does being up North have to do with home fries!? It's served everywhere in the South too! !.!.!.!.!.Grits are wonderful though!. I use the Instant Grits and add crushed garlic to the water!. Then, I stir in lots of shredded cheddar cheese when the grits are done, and stir until the cheese is melted!. It's also good to serve it with fried chicken or brisketWww@FoodAQ@Com

You will really warm their hearts if you make grits!.!.!.!.!.!.its always the thought that counts!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.instant grits are fast and easy and really good with a little cheddar cooked with them!. Southern folks are easy to please as they love to please others - especially with their cooking!. you could do both!.!.!.!.!.!. the homefries reheat great if leftover!.!.!.!.!. but grits are a staple of the south!.!.!.!.!. they probably would really like that!.!.!.!. i think you can do both!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
