Can I substitute green onions for chives?!

Use the green part of the onion (a little less than you would of chive)!.
Mince very fine!. The taste is going to be bolder and less refined!.

Yes, just chop it up!. I used the whole deal when it calls for green onion but since it is calling for chive I would just use the green part!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
