Answers:
Start by getting your pan nice and hot, then put in the mince!. Let it start to brown then add your onions and garlic!. When the mince is cooked mostly through add your tomatoes and mushrooms!. Season with your preferred seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar, oregano)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well Hi, Hope this helps! When I cook bolonaise I always brown the mince first, then I add the chopped onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft!. Then I add the diced/sliced vegatables and eventually the chopped tomatoes and tomato purree (about 1/4 of a tube)!. also, if you have herbs - you can add some mixed herbs!.!.!.or I like to add bazil and oregano!. Now put a lid on the pan and simmer for about 10-15 mins!. While this is simmering add your spaggetti to a pan of boiling water for about 10 mins and remember to stir the boiling water so the spaggetti does not stick together!. Hope it works for you!. Bon appetiteWww@FoodAQ@Com

Dry fry the mince until it is lightly browned!. Then add the chopped tomatoes, (I use canned), tomato puree, crushed garlic, chopped mushrooms and chopped onions and a good dose of olive oil!. Don't forget to add some ground black pepper and a little salt!. I add a good dose of dried basil for extra flavour and often put in a large, finely chopped carrot!. Some people put chopped celery!. You can also add a glass of red wine if you like!. The nice thing about making bolognaise is that it is never exactly the same the next time you make it!. Have fun!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Saute the onions and garlic in a little oil!. Toss in some halved mushrooms for a few minutes!. Remove to a side dish!.
In same pan, sauté the meat till the red color has gone!.
Toss back the onions and garlic and mushrooms in with the meat!. Add tomatoes, oregano or "Italian Spices" and salt & pepper!. Cook till tasty!.
A bay leaf is a nice addition, but remember to remove it before serving!.
Grated carrot adds nice sweetness to the sauce, if you have one!. Add it with the mushrooms!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
