What is a chef that only bakes like deserts and pastries and stuff like that. Brownies, wedding cakes, etc. ?!

pastry chef!. If you are seriously interested in becoming a pastry chef when you get older, I would reccomend trying to get a job at a local bakery/hotel!. Its a lot cheaper than Culinary school ($40,000 for an Associates) and you'll get to see if it really is what you want to do for the rest of your life!. You do have to start from the bottom up and it isn't going to be easy, but its worth it!. Make sure it isn't something you want to do for the money!. I know a lot of people who shelled out the 40 grand for school and when they graduated they were only making about $8/hr!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
