Can you please give the recipe for....?!
Answers:
2 cups V8 juice (or other vegetable juice blend)
1/2 cup fresh or canned carrot juice
1 teaspoon tabasco
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 spinach leaves
1 medium sprig parsley
12 ice cubes
***Add one or two of the following per serving***
1/2 tablespoon rice protein powder
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
1/4 teaspoon acidophilus powder
1/8 teaspoon vitamin C powder
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender in order given!. (If adding protein powder, add first and blend with liquid!.)
Add one or two of the optional ingredients per serving!.
Blend until smooth and creamy!. For thickest smoothies, keep blending time to a minimum!.

my favourite veggie smoothie is basically first
i get a frying pan
put 2 eggs inside and mix it with milk
then i put rice inside and chopped apples
after that we put coca cola in and miz with mango chutney
then u get a plate and pour it in and eat it
