Answers:
Made quiche in this one a couple times!. It's so easy and really good!. No rolling too!

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cold 1% milk
1/2 cup canola oil

DIRECTIONS
Sift together flour, sugar and salt!. In a small bowl, beat milk into canola oil with fork until frothy!. Form a well in flour mixture!. Add canola oil mixture and combine gently with a fork until crumbly!.
Pat into a pie plate as you would for a crumb crust!. Add filling and bake according to filling recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've never added canola oil to my pie crust and have never seen a recipe for it either!.

But the crust really does need a solid fat to be flaky and be able to be rolled out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Flour and butter or oil but not both!. Pie crust isn't supposed to be healthy!. Pie crust should be made with flour and lard, salt and water!. That is the right way to do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Omit the OIL; it's unnecessary and adding extra calories!. Pie crusts needs Crisco or butter to be flaky!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Omit the butterWww@FoodAQ@Com

Why don't you just use crushed Graham crackers and butter!?
its faster and really good
