I saw a rescue chef show. He made Creamy lemon jello for a dessert?!

Question: I saw a rescue chef show!. He made Creamy lemon jello for a dessert!?
I saw the show, and I remember most of the ingredients for the dessert, but I am unsure about the cooking time!. The recipe called for 4 cups of cream, lemon zest, sugar, and unflavored gelatin!. I remember that on the show they heated up the cream and lemon zest, added the sugar and gelatin!.
The episode it was on had a girl that was making dinner for her boy friend who was in some kind of rock and roll band!. He was turning 30!. They also made lamb, scallops, and an avocado with wasabi mash!.
My question is, did any one else see that show!? If you saw that show, or have heard of creamy lemon jello do you have a recipe that is along the same lines as this one!?
I would like to know all the ingredients, the amount, and how long I should cook the jello, or if it makes a difference as long as the sugar and gelatin dissolve!.
Thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I didn't see it (US show!?), but when my kids were little they used to love milk jelly (jello)!.
You need a block of jelly and a small tin of evaporated milk!.
Make up the jelly as instructed, less the contents of the tin of milk!.
Stir that in last to make up the required liquid!.
Allow to set somewhere cool!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
