Simple Recipe for a roasting chicken?!
I would like a new recipe for chicken or even stuffing or side dishes!. I know how to cook but really hate cooking but I love to eat so give me your best!. Thanks for the help!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

loosen the skin from the breast and legs with your finger trying not to break the skin!. Chop fresh basil, oregano, garlic, shallot and mix with olive oil!. Spoon the herb mixture under the skin and rub in well!. Place one thin slice of lemon under skin on each side of the breast!. Put the remaining lemon in the cavity of the chicken!. Salt and pepper the outside of the chicken and Roast as normal!. Keep the pan drippings to make a gravy or sauce as all the flavor from the herbs get in the sauce as well!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
1 roaster chicken, about 4 pounds
1/4 CUP butter
Stuffing:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme, crumbled
2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper
Preparation:
In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup butter over low heat; saute chopped onion for 3 minutes!. Add thyme, parsley, and bread crumbs!. Stir in egg and enough milk to make dressing moist!. Season with salt and pepper!.
Spoon stuffing into cavity of chicken; close by sewing or with a piece of foil!. Rub chicken with butter!. Place chicken breast side up on rack in a shallow roasting pan!. Roast stuffed chicken at 375° for about 60 to 70 minutes, basting several times!. Internal temperature should register 175° when done!. Let chicken stand for about 15 minutes before slicing!.

1 med!. onion, quartered
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tsp!. dried rosemary
1/2 c!. water
Glaze!.
3 tbsp!. grainy mustard
3 tbsp!. honey
1 tbsp!. apricot or orange jam
3 tbsp!. Kahlua
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!. Rinse chicken inside and out with cold water; pat dry!. Squeeze juice of orange all over bird!. Then place orange and onion inside bird!. Tie legs up!.
Sprinkle salt and pepper all over bird, then rosemary!. Place bird breast side up in a roasting pan and pour water into pan!. Roast chicken for 1 hour!. Prepare glaze; heat everything until hot and smooth!. Spoon glaze over chicken and bake until bird is golden brown about 40 minutes!.

Here is a simple but good recipe for chicken with stuffing mix!. You can start off with skinless and boneless chicken sliced thin, then you prepare the stuffing according to the box and put a tablespoon of the mix on top of the chicken and fold over the chicken then add some chicken gravy to a casserole dish then put in the chicken and add some more gravy and cook it in the oven on 350 for 45 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
this one is easy and healthy!. doesnt use fat (except that of the chicken) and you pretty much dont need a side dish

a couple tablespoons yogurt
minced garlic (about a teaspoon)
2 quartered onions
a bunch of broccoli florets
2 cubed potatos
some chopped celery
1 tsp oregano
fresh rosemary (not too much cuz it's fragrant)
some bell pepper rings
salt and pepper
and basically any seasonal vegetables you like
add all ingredients (including chicken) in a pyrex dish!. if you used the whole chicken without cutting it up, you can stuff it with an onion to add flavor to the chicken itself!. make sure yogurt covers everything!. you can leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours!. the yogurt will tenderize the chicken
