I some times make my husband a salad with mozzarella, nuts (sometimes candied ones), tomato and various kinds of lettuce!.

Or a grilled tofu sandwich- tofu cooked the night before in slices with salt, pepper, and other spices, then a leaf of lettuce and some guacamole or avocado slices on the side with some lemon or lime juice to help stop it from turning brown!.

If you are tired of sandwiches then try salads that have topping you do love, like your chopped fruit, bits of various meat, or a chopped boiled egg!.

Look into a waldorf style sandwich also!.

Sometimes slurging on a great cheese can make that sandwich extra yummy- like currant cheese or garlic brie!.

I try to keep extra little glass jars to make homemade salad dressings-
I recenlty made a balsamic, olive, fig-white wine dressing- it's great!.

Otherwise-
A sandwich can be made with just about anything- and the bread can be kept seperate so as not to become yucky soggy, which is why sometimes a salad ban be better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can try making a salad with lettuce, if you have it, any dressing, and put the ham, turkey, and slices of cheese on top of the salad!.

a quick idea for croutons:
cut bread into squares and cut crush some garlic and mix it with olive oil, then put on skewer and grill, or put in oven!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could take left overs from the night before!.
( this all depends on if your school has a microwave!.!.)

or you could make a salad!.
make sure you put the dressing in a diff!. container!.
otherwise your lettuce will get sogey(eww)

or you could mix it up a little!.!.
instead of a turkey sandich!.!.!. do a peanut utter and jelly!

And you could take a couple of apples!.!.!. some peanut butter and wallla! Peanut butter and apples are nutricouse and always fill you fup!
( protien fights your hunger off!.!. so peanutes!.!. and bpeanut butter are good to take!)

as you can see i like peanute butter!Www@FoodAQ@Com
