Answers:
It's just called Okra & Tomatoes or Smothered Okra & Tomatoes!. Cut 2 lbs!. okra in small round slices, discarding both of the cut off ends!. Fry diced onions (2 medium ones) in small amount of bacon grease or cooking oil in a skillet!. Add okra slices & cook till both begin to get soft!. Add 1 can of diced Rotel tomatoes (if you like things spicy) & 1 can of stewed tomatoes!. Cover & cook mixture down & water off!. Before covering, season to taste with salt & pepper!. When fresh tomatoes are in season, use them but you'll need to add hot pepper or pepper sauce to mixture!. You may add cooked sausage to okra & tomatoes at this point!. Freezes well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
