Question: Healthy recipes involving broccoli!?
So, I have some broccoli that I want to use, I have a limited of number of ingridetns, among them are the broccoli some iceberg lettuce, carrots, celery, and some other random things!. Ideas!?

You've got some great ingredients for a pasta sauce there! Skip the lettuce but chop the rest up and steam it all together for five minutes!. Then transfer the ingredients to a frying pan and heat in some olive oil!. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, garlic, black pepper and a little vinegar!. Stir up and keep heating until it's reduced down to a thick sauce!. Add coooked pasta and you have a meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love this one!.I take the broc split into bite size pieces mix in a bowl with garlic to taste & garlic powder a little salt & pepper then ether a little olive oil or fat free spray mix well spread on cookie sheet at 350 about 20 minutes watch it thought because not all ovens are alike you want to keep it crispy and not let it over cook!.I let it cool before serving!.Or you can throw all your ingredients together and make a salad of course!.
Or get some potatoes and make a veggie soup use vegetable bouillon as your base and flavor with italian seasonings & garlic- salt & pepper use the iceberg for a salad and Switch to hearts of romaine as a lettuce more flavor and much higher vitamin content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make Shrimp fried rice,add veggies,shrimp,sausages,rice,seasoning package,broccoli some iceberg lettuce, carrots, celery,and peas,and of course you frie it,its really good,expecially the one at Panda Express!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
