What's the technique in making a sandwich wrap without all the fillings falling out?!
Answers:
Like a diaper!.!.!. LOL (Can you tell I have kids!?)
Leave enough space at the bottom of the wrap that you can fold the bottom up over the filling, than bring in one side, then roll the whole thing towards the side that's left!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sort of hard to answer this without a picture, but I'll take a lash at it!.
The short answer is to roll your filling, slices, etc!. tightly starting on one side -where your filling is piled up- toward the other side, which is empty!. But you want an empty margin or wrapper at either end!. That margin gets folded in over top of the side margins as you start your roll!. Make it firm and tight!.
When done, your warp is closed all the way around!. Lay it with the exposed flap DOWN so the weight of the sandwhich hold it together!. With a sharp knife, slice off the ends!.
That's it!.
