Spare Cornish Pasty filling - any ideas?!

Question: Spare Cornish Pasty filling - any ideas!?
Hello,
I made some pasties last week and totally over-estimated on the filling!. I now have a big dish (just taken out of the Freezer) of seasoned raw potato, swede, carrot, onion and beef all cut into small chunks!. Though i'd love to just make more pasties, i'm looking to do something a bit more heathy with it!. Any ideas!? Many thanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Mix the left over filling with an egg and a slice of bread or two and make meat balls from them!. Add meatballs to spaghetti and they will never know!.
