Who loves blackeye peas n cornbread over a bed of steamed rice?!

Question: Who loves blackeye peas n cornbread over a bed of steamed rice!?
Answers:
I love them! I cook my blackeyed peas in beef stock, then drain them and briefly saute in some (hold your arteries!) bacon fat with some diced onion!. Put them on some good, sticky white rice, add a dash or two of Tabasco (Habanero is best), cut a piece of cornbread on the side, topped with molasses!. YUMOLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
