I am making pork roast for dinner, I am tired of potatoes and rice?!

PARMESAN NOODLES ROMANOFF
8 oz!. wide egg noodles
2 c!. dairy sour cream
1/4 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp!. salt
1/4 tsp!. pepper
2 tbsp!. butter
1/4 c!. grated Parmesan cheese
Cook 8 oz!. bag wide egg noodles!. Drain well!.
Stir sour cream, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper!. Put noodles in kettle!. Stir in butter!. Fold in sour cream mixture!. Arrange on warmed platter and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese!. Makes 6-8 servings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They said tired of potatoes, so why would you give a potato recipe!?
Anyway, I'd reccomend two salad sides: one greek salad and one fruit salad!. The fruit salad can kind of be like a dessert, but if you make a healthy fruit salad (in other words, just use fruit, don't add sugar or marshmallows or jello or anything) it's also part of the meal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try making noodles instead, or some kind of pasta!. Dumplings are also good!. I sometimes do Macaroni and cheese with mine!.
Or you could just do different vegetables!. Broccoli, asparagus, corn, peas, and stuff like that!.

1/4 cup of chopped Onion
1/2 tsp!. Garlic Salt
1/4 cup Butter (or) Margarine
1 (sm!.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 cup Milk
5 cups Medium-sized Egg Noodles - Uncooked
Saute Broccoli and Onions in Butter and Garlic Salt!. Add Soup, Cheese, and Milk - Stir until cheese melts!. Cook and Drain Noodles!. Lightly toss noodles into Broccoli and Cheese Sauce!. (Serves 4)
