Dessert that goes well with shrimp?!
I'm making a cajun shrimp pasta for supper and found a block of cream cheese in the fridge I want to make a dessert that would go well with shrimp that's easy to make!. Any suggestions!? Besides like a 3 layer pie (cream cheese, pudding, and cool whip) or cream cheese pie with fruit on top!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Yields: 24 servings
"Light and fluffy no bake cheesecake with a tart lemon taste!."
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon confectioners'
sugar
1 (3 ounce) package lemon
flavored gelatin mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) package cream
cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated
milk
DIRECTIONS:
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and confectioners' sugar!. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 10 inch springform pan!. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes!. Remove from oven and allow to cool!. Turn off oven!.
2!. Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water!. Let cool until thick, but not set!. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla until smooth!. Set aside!.
3!. In a separate bowl, whip evaporated milk until thick and stiff peaks form!. Pour in lemon gelatin and keep mixing until well blended!. Fold in cream cheese mixture!.

3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cocoa
6 tablespoons Coca-Cola
1 box confectioner's sugar, (1pound)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Preparation:
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan and set aside!.
In a large bowl combine flour and sugar!. In a saucpan combine the cocoa, Coca-Cola, butter, and marshmallows; bring to a boil!. Combine the boiled mixture with the flour and sugar mixture!.
In a separate bowl mix eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla; add to the first mixture!. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until cake tests done!.
