What is a good recipe for kielbasa? ?!

Slice your kielbasa and brown them, then add barbecue sauce and simmer!. You can eat this with buttered corn!. It is really good!
Or you can slice some zuchini squash oand yellow squash and add tomatoes sauce and whole tomatoes, onions, olive oil, italian seasoning and a garlic clove, salt, pepper and a little bit of sugar to tone down the acid in the tomatoes, simmer for 20 minutes or so!. The flavor from the sausage will seep into the tomatoe sauce!. Serve over rice and with some crusty french bread!.

It is much easier to buy kielbasa than to try and make it!. However, here is a recipe!.
Kielbasa
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground pork
8 ounces lean ground beef
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon fresh marjoram
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
12 sausage casings
!.!.DIRECTIONS
1!.In a large bowl, combine pork, beef and garlic!. In a separate bowl, stir together black pepper, salt, brown sugar, ground allspice, marjoram and liquid smoke!. Combine mixtures and knead with hands to combine!.

If you are asking what can you make to go with kielbasa, I like to slice it and fry it up with some sliced bell peppers, and onions!. You can put this on top of white rice, or eat it on a roll!. You also can grill it, make kabobs out of it!. I use it in great northern bean soup also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I get a bit of onions and simmer with butter!. In the meantime, I cut potatoes and boil them!. Once the onions are cooked thru, I add sliced kielbasa and fry it!. Then I add the potatoes!. It's so easy!. It's very quick!. It's very tasty, but I'm not so sure it's good for you ;)

If you don't like cabbage or sauerkraut then, Kielbasa should be soaked in beer and then cooked on the grill!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
