Answers:
take it to one of those pack-n-ship stores and ask them to overnight it!. it's pricey, but they pack it in dry ice and arrives in great shape!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!. It will not stay frozen in the shipping process!. Cheesecake defrosts in a few hours!. It will take at least two days to get there!. Even if you overnight it, it will be long thawed and a huge mess!.

If you want to send her cheesecake, there are plenty of on-line sources who can do that for you!. They ship nationwide with special packagin and refrigerated trucks!.

DO NOT ship your own cheesecake!. If you must bake something to ship!.!.!.cookies can be nicely packaged and easily shipped without the mess!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It should freeze fine!. I don't know where you can get the dry ice to ship it though!. You should probably ship overnight in the pan to protect it!.
