Took me a long time to find this originally but it is really easy!. Basically oil and redwine vinegar, garlic, spices!.

Use oil 2 to 1 for oil vs red wine vinegar

Greek Salad
Dressing:
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine or malt vinegar
1 clove garlic or two crushed
? teasp salt
bit of oregano or chopped fresh thyme is so good
pepper
Salad:
Romaine, red onions, black olives, green pepper, feta

Shake it up or swirl to blend just before pouring over your Greek salad!.
Sprinkle Feta on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to do a simple and flavorful dressing that consists of equal parts of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, plus a generous sprinkle of oregano, basil, salt and fresh ground black pepper!. Mix romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, black olives, red onion and toss with dressing!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
