If you have a teeny weeny slice of it, you can just take a walk to make up for it!. If it was me and I made a whole cheesecake (fat-free or not), I would not be able to resist eating way more than a small slice!. I'd say don't make it and you won't have to be tempted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

honey child!! if you leave it in the pan uncut is the only way it isn't at all fattening! Even with the fat free cream cheese and no sugar added, it has a certain amount of grams of carb which is the fat in fattening things!.

But, my Endo told me to never crave for anything, ever!. He said it is so much easier to plan in "cheat treats" to your food plan than to feel the guilts of cheating!.

So that being said, go down to the restaurant and order a slice of cheese cake - no guilts about the rest going bad - and eat it in very good health!! Do the real thing if you are going to cheat treat yourself not the imitation never tasted good anyway, low fat no sugar substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No way is that a good thing!.
It won't "hurt" you but you won't loose the weight unless you make up for it in output at the gym!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 slice of cheesecake is 1/2 your fat for the day!. And if youre trying to lose weight, one slice exceeds the amount of fat you should have for the ENTIRE day!. I!.e!. 25 grams!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hahahahaha

yes, it would still be fattening!. just exercise the calories off!. do some extra sit-ups or jumping jacks and you'll be fineWww@FoodAQ@Com

prolly a littleWww@FoodAQ@Com

don't do it!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could probably eat a small pieceWww@FoodAQ@Com

just make a little bit than work out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
